Honest and dated, with every date marked as a target that moves with legal and safety review. We sequence safety before scale, on purpose.

Now — working simulated product

• The full consumer experience runs as a simulation: personas, transcript replay, the minutes-wasted scoreboard, share clips, family setup, and a plain-language privacy screen.
• Built fail-closed: no live calls, no audio, no data collection, nothing uploaded.
• Used today for private demos and walkthroughs.

Next — consented real-call trial (private)

• A first, tightly-scoped step to real phone calls: self-test only, where the operator calls their own number, with consent, on a strict spend cap.
• Legal review comes first. Until a jurisdiction-appropriate consent check is cleared, the trial stays transcript-only with no audio retention.
• Success is measured before anything widens: the experience has to be genuinely good and reliable, not just technically working.

Targeted December 15, 2026 — early access

• Private demos for partners and reviewers.
• A small group of design partners helping shape the product.
• A limited real-call trial for consented participants, within the safety limits above.
• The date is a target; it sits after the legal review (copyright/trademark and call-consent clearance), which is why it moved from an earlier estimate.

Beyond early access — protection at scale

• Family protection as the primary offering: easy setup for protecting elderly relatives, with member-owned privacy choices.
• Partnerships with organizations whose users need this most — think carriers, senior-care, and family-safety groups.
• An opt-in, metadata-only fraud-signal program that could help the wider anti-scam ecosystem — only ever after privacy and governance review, and never involving audio, transcripts, or personal data.

How we make decisions

Two rules govern the whole roadmap:

1. Safety and consent gate scale, not the other way around. Nothing that touches a real call or a real person ships before the legal and consent work for it is done.
2. We only claim what’s real. Anything not yet built is labeled as a target, here and everywhere else.
